Why Monkey is respected in India

By: live7n  :  Filed Under TV, Wildlife, Spirituality, Entertainment

NDTV imagine, new TV channel has started the most popular mythological TV shop of India ‘Ramayana’, the immortal story of lord Rama. The Monkey solders of King Rama helped their King in making of Ram Setu and the stones that are used in that ‘setu’ are carring the name of load Rama. Rama wants to save his wife from the Sri Lank’s Owner Load Raban. The novel work for the master of whole universe by the monkey army made them some kind of respected animals in the universe. But in the western cultural the monkey has no such importance in their culture. Here somebody in India ask some one as a monkey is not a mater of shame for that person. This also indicates that he is a good option to start a good relationship as a friend. Hopefully the new TV shop will able to express the significance of Indian Monkey as a symbol of Gods friends. Their presence in the universe helps us to remember the Master and servant relationship between the god and human being. Being a master it is easy to become a god but it is difficult to get the same respect of God being servant. The geographical proof of the presence of Rama in Sri Lanka is till a matter of archeological research matter. The palace indicated in the great epic, Ramayana are still a topic searching by Google earth in Sri Lanka. Diffent ancient temple, mountain, stone discover by mythological traveling in Sri Lanka is still not enough. The existence of Rama is true for all Indian and any controversy will not able to play any roll in the popularity of Rama. This is not a political sense but the inner spiritual sense of many Indian. All don’t want to be another Rama but try to become another Monkey king Hanuman to help the inner true Rama to Kill the evil, Rabana.

Santa Claus in Christmas time

we all love Santa Claus in Christmas time. He brings new gift for everyone. Children love Santa image very much. We bring to you the Christmas celebration of a remote part of India. Here Christmas is not celebrate in a grand festive mode. But the significant of this celebration is understood by everybody. I am taking about the North East India. Majority population of this part of the country are not belonging to the Christian community but love for God is very common in every common people mind. They celebrate Christmas like any other Indian celebration and pray for India. we all love India and God’s religion is to love all. It is a time when a old year say good bye and we welcome a new year. With the sprite of Christmas we can remember all the happiness of our past days and also forget the sorriness.

The place where I live is a remote hilly town. The nearest Church is nearly 40 km away from my home. The Church is almost 300 year old. Till the colorful glasses and windows looking gorgeous. The place is known as Makunda and it is at the border of two state Assam and Aizawl. Actually it is in a tea estate. During the 2nd world war some British discover this place to set up a hospital for helping the refugee. The Hospital is still going on. One morning I also join the prayer at that church. The natural hilly environment is very clean and fresh. Some Doctors and Sisters regularly arrange the prayer. There is a English medium school near the church. So the local people also celebrate Christmas time with their children.

WHY WE HAVE TO WORK?

By: live7n  :  Filed Under Lifestyles, About Live7n, Spirituality

In searching of a truth that how a man can survive in the world I know a very little in of the universe. People want a lot and spend a lot. The result of all he get a small for his own. Today read some lines of the New Testament. Here, I found some beautiful example for living. We always think about our earning and job etc. There are lot of animals and birds in the earth. They are living their life freely. They don’t think what they will eat in the next day. The almighty God, arrange dinner and breakfast for them. We are fortunately the best creature of God. So, we should not about that. But we should do our duty properly that will help are to join to the huge work fair of God. A bird doesn’t think about his winter collection a lion don’t think what he will eat next morning. We always think this dress is good for me and that dress is bed etc. God already has given beautiful skin and a suitable color in it. Why should we want to change them? We are men. We can change thing, using our knowledge and technology. Other animal don’t change their environment. The gigantic Dinosaurs were not destroyed themselves. It was natural phenomenons that changed the world and the Dinosaurs lost their lives. But human are in a regular interval changing their environment and the cause is better living.

We need more comfort and standard in our living style. In India the things are very much changed. The eastern views of life and the western views of life is some how getting a same flat from. In east we are ready to spend more we need. The west is getting benefit of our spending. In the top metros of India people can earn enough. But he has to spend more than that for his living stand. Once he changes his living style he can’t cut it short.

Once upon a time the west thought there was lot for business in India. So they employed us and earn their profit. We don’t have any sophisticated technology and but we can work hard. Now, we get the power of technology.

Many professions are grown up and many other just abolish. But the number of profession is no doubt greater then the other. In total number of profession china is at the top position than it is India. In the metros there are huge number of profession are introduce and most of them are services. When the English left the country they did not think about the today’s BPO and other jobs. News comes and it is that ‘jobs in west are lost due to the east workers.’ After all, we all need works and we have to work and it is a universal truth. As long we can serve other we can survive. Lastly one question left, and it is “Did you think as much service we get form other we don’t give equal amount of services?”

The Concept of Freedom

By: live7n  :  Filed Under Society & Civilizations, Politics, Spirituality

We may take the term ‘freedom’ in two senses. One, in its transcendental or metaphysical sense (paramarthika artha) and the other in its empirical sense (vyavaharika artha). In its transcendental sense the term means generally the freedom of the human soul. Although in Buddhsim it is not spoken of as the liberation of the human soul, yet its meaning is transcendental.

In the empirical sense of the term it means generally economic, social, political, religious etc. freedom. It is something like the economic or ethical freedom as advocated by the Carvakas or socio-economic freedom as advocated by Marx.

There are many synonyms of the word ‘freedom’ like liberation, liberty, release, deliverance, salvation, redemption, moksa, mukti, nirvana, kaivalya etc. Although these words are generally used in the sense of freedom yet there are slight variation in there imports.

The English word liberation comes form the Latin word ‘liberalitateous’ or the French word ‘liberalis’ which again comes from Latin ‘liber’. This word has no religious or transcendental import. However ‘Liberal Society’ means a definite society ‘advocating church disestablishment’.

We generally used the term ‘liberation’ in the political sense, such as ‘the liberation of Europe by Allied troops’. It sometimes also means individual liberation such as ‘liberation of a woman from repulsive wedlock’ as in the case of a divorce.

The term ‘liberty’ means ‘freedom from the captivity, slavery, or oppressive control’. It also means ‘right or power to do as one choose’. It may means ‘right or privilege granted by authority’. We speak of natural liberty, civil liberty, liberty of press etc. Natural liberty means a ‘state in which there are no laws’; civil liberty of conscience means a state limited ‘by laws established on behalf of community’; liberty of conscience means a ‘system allowing all member of State to follow what from of religion seems good to them’; liberty of press means a ‘system by which anyone may print and publish what he pleases without previous permission’. In the philosophical sense it means ‘freedom from control of fate or necessity’. From this meaning we have a view viz. ‘libertarianism’ which is opposed to determinism and holds ‘that certain human actions are not governed by necessitating causal laws’.

All these meanings indicate the empirical import of the term ‘freedom’ as earlier stated. Salvation is a term which is keenly connected with the human soul and God. It generally means ‘Saving of the soul’. It also means ‘deliverance from sin and its consequences’: admission to heaven brought about by Christ’. Sometimes salvation means conversion also. We have a use of a term like ‘Salvation Army’ which means ‘an organisation on military model for revival of religion among the masses’. The members of this army wear military-style uniforms. Thus the meaning of salvation quite stand for the metaphysical import of freedom as earlier stated.

The word ‘redemption’ is mostly synonymous with salvation with salvation, because it also like salvation means ‘the deliverance from sin and damnation wrought by Christ’s atonement’.

Triumph of conscience

By: live7n  :  Filed Under Spirituality

A poor boy was employed at the house of a lady of rank as a servant. One day, finding himself along in the lady’s dressing –room, waited a few moments to make a view of the beautiful things in the room. A gold watch, richly set with diamonds, caught his attention, and he looks it up in his hand.

Immediately a wish arose in his mind, “Ah! If  I had such a one!”

after a pause he said to himself, “But if I take it, I shall be a thief.”

“And yet”, continued he, “nobody sees me. Nobody ?

Does not God who is present everywhere see me ?”

Overcome by these thought and lay down the watch, he said, “No, I would rather be poor and keep my conscience than be rich and become a rogue”

Finally his conscience won over his evil motive and he resolve to live honestly.

Reincarnation, Life after Death

By: live7n  :  Filed Under Spirituality

Many people in Asia believe in the theory of reincarnation or the existence of born again after death. In the year 545 A.D a priest from Council of Constantinople church first write a book on reborn of second birth. The way the writer explain the theory in his writing was accepted by the west in that time. Every man wants to be immortal to enjoy the beauty of the earth. Death is not the end of life. The process of reborn is still a point of research for the people who are interested in the science and philosophy. People belonging to Hinduism and Buddhism are strong believer of reborn. The philosophy Hinduism and Buddhism is indifferent about reborn. As long as a man has the desire of enjoying the earthly matter, he’ll return here again and again. Different types of philosophy approve the reborn but the genetics and the environment science is not enough to explain the puzzle of reborn. The concept of transferring of soul is not only included in Hinduism and Buddhism but also included in the ancient Christian priest’s writing. Even the Sufi Muslims Poetry integrated the theory of reborn. If soul is eternal then it was present in our body before we born. If there is a possibility of existence of your soul in the never-ending future then it is truth that the same soul was present in the past that is before your birth. The immortality of soul is equal to the reborn of soul.

About the Hindu view of life

By: live7n  :  Filed Under Spirituality

India is known as the home of religions as there are more than 250 linguistic groups is living together with different shades of religious faith and beliefs. The bond that links the religious minded throughout the length and breadth of the land is bhakti. ‘The aim of life is to attain bhakit’, said Ramkrishana (1836-1886), the saint-prophet of Bengal.

Bhakit is intense devotion to God, springing from a deep love of Him. It finds it a spontaneous expression in the Bhajan, or religious love lyric. Bhajans are composed by literate villagers in the remotest part of India known as pundits. These love song of God reveals the yearning of the human soul to possess him here and now. This ecstatic love of God flowers in the other religions sects as well.

Hence by religion in India is meant no formal dogma embodied in an institution but the realization and appropriation of God in the personal life of every single individual upon earth. This goal is to be achieved through Sadhana or self –discipline. The Guru, or spiritual guide, must be found, and he will show his pupil the path of mukti or moksha, the spiritual liberation. This, in belief, is the Hindu view of life. The Hinduism divided a man’s life in to three stages, from the ages of seven to twenty-one years when, in the past, a boy was handed over to a rishi or sage who dwelt in the forest and taught his pupil the Vedas as well as the cultural arts of music, song and dance. The second stage is that of the Sansari, when a man marries, rears a family and follows a trade or profession. The last stage is that of sanyasa, when a man renounce the world and all worldly duties, at the age of fifty-five years or so, and retired into seclusion to meditate and commune with God and attain moksha or seclusion.
