He is not producing any wealth except his salaries and other limited resources of income. In case of Business man this not applicable. He plans to expand his business every year. The difference is that the salaried employee never thought like a business man. He gives more importance in saving the money. This money is not helpful every time. Unused money is like an old machine that stands alone without working. The Investment of money in right area can create wealth for good future.

Here is some point that encourages me in this talking business. First of all I love to talk and this nature is not an advantage at all.
