we all love Santa Claus in Christmas time. He brings new gift for everyone. Children love Santa image very much. We bring to you the Christmas celebration of a remote part of India. Here Christmas is not celebrate in a grand festive mode. But the significant of this celebration is understood by everybody. I am taking about the North East India. Majority population of this part of the country are not belonging to the Christian community but love for God is very common in every common people mind. They celebrate Christmas like any other Indian celebration and pray for India. we all love India and God’s religion is to love all. It is a time when a old year say good bye and we welcome a new year. With the sprite of Christmas we can remember all the happiness of our past days and also forget the sorriness.

The place where I live is a remote hilly town. The nearest Church is nearly 40 km away from my home. The Church is almost 300 year old. Till the colorful glasses and windows looking gorgeous. The place is known as Makunda and it is at the border of two state Assam and Aizawl. Actually it is in a tea estate. During the 2nd world war some British discover this place to set up a hospital for helping the refugee. The Hospital is still going on. One morning I also join the prayer at that church. The natural hilly environment is very clean and fresh. Some Doctors and Sisters regularly arrange the prayer.There is a English medium school near the church. So the local people also celebrate Christmas time with their children.

In searching of a truth that how a man can survive in the world I know a very little in of the universe. People want a lot and spend a lot. The result of all he get a small for his own. Today read some lines of the New Testament. Here, I found some beautiful example for living. We always think about our earning and job etc. There are lot of animals and birds in the earth. They are living their life freely. They don’t think what they will eat in the next day. The almighty God, arrange dinner and breakfast for them. We are fortunately the best creature of God. So, we should not about that. But we should do our duty properly that will help are to join to the huge work fair of God. A bird doesn’t think about his winter collection a lion don’t think what he will eat next morning. We always think this dress is good for me and that dress is bed etc. God already has given beautiful skin and a suitable color in it. Why should we want to change them? We are men. We can change thing, using our knowledge and technology. Other animal don’t change their environment. The gigantic Dinosaurs were not destroyed themselves. It was natural phenomenons that changed the world and the Dinosaurs lost their lives. But human are in a regular interval changing their environment and the cause is better living.

We need more comfort and standard in our living style. In India the things are very much changed. The eastern views of life and the western views of life is some how getting a same flat from. In east we are ready to spend more we need. The west is getting benefit of our spending. In the top metros of India people can earn enough. But he has to spend more than that for his living stand. Once he changes his living style he can’t cut it short.

Once upon a time the west thought there was lot for business in India. So they employed us and earn their profit. We don’t have any sophisticated technology and but we can work hard. Now, we get the power of technology.

Many professions are grown up and many other just abolish. But the number of profession is no doubt greater then the other. In total number of profession china is at the top position than it is India. In the metros there are huge number of profession are introduce and most of them are services. When the English left the country they did not think about the today’s BPO and other jobs. News comes and it is that ‘jobs in west are lost due to the east workers.’ After all, we all need works and we have to work and it is a universal truth. As long we can serve other we can survive. Lastly one question left, and it is “Did you think as much service we get form other we don’t give equal amount of services?”

In America, ‘dish-cleaning’, it is said, was taken up as the subject of a thesis for his doctorate by a scholar undeterred by the fear of public ridicule and duly accepted by the university authorities. This leisure-time education is really a wonder like Aladin’s lamp to spend thrift for material prosperity or like an occupational therapy to a shaky, unbalanced mind for a self-reliant, related personality.

The formal instruction of children in Educational intuitions may be regarded as an essential feature of human civilization. For, an effective system of education is regarded as a sure safe-guard against the social evils in all forms and personal misfortunes of endless varieties that assail and afflict the human minds in and out of season. In spite of all up-to-date principles of curriculum construction and modern methods of dynamic teaching and free discipline, institutional mass education cannot avoid some short of impositions on the growing minds of children, both alien to and interfering with the principles of autonomy and integrality of personality. What we said so long does not means that life should consist of work and work only, unrelieved by recreation of any kind. Nothing can be farthest from that. Leisure-time education or activities in whatever shape-literature, painting, and music, Photography, philately or any other –must come in a play-spirit of heart-felt joy, freedom, and spontaneity.
