Women Entrepreneurship in India
We are talking again about various business opportunists that are specially design for woman. In this part of the world woman are facing the problem of gender disparity. More and more women are spending their time in taking care of babies and household working. A lot of women are wasting their valuable time in watching television and gossips. Women can play a vital role in changing the socio-economical condition of a particular region. As for example in the north eastern state of India like Manipur, Mizoram and Meghalaya the economic background of a family totally depends on the advancement of female members of the family. If women are isolated from the development activities of society, the whole nation will face the bad effect of this ignorance.
It is said that for every successful man there is a woman. In Indian, it is also spiritually believes that women are power. Women are showing there power in very steps of life. A large percentage of women are just way from various development activities. No doubt many women are successful their life and also independent as they are earning using their talents. A lot of women are working under various government departments and some other are working in privet sectors offices. It is also true that a lion share of the whole women population is unemployed. They are depended on the earning member of the family and they have of way to live an independent life. Especially, I am talking about the financial independence in life. If we consider the educated unemployed women population of India that it is really a serious issue. It is not possible by the government to provide government job for such a huge number. In Indian getting a government job is a completive job. To get a government job a jobseeker need to face a lot of competitive exam. The scope of shining in life is limited for under a government job with medium qualification.
What is the solution for this problem? I believe on of the best solution is Entrepreneurship. A woman Entrepreneur can generate job for other women.
